MITBDT makes arrangements for visiting teams to stay with MIT Team Members and at local hotels at discounted rates. Accommodations are available on a first come, first serve basis. Competition registration is required.

Register competitors for the 2009 MIT Open on ballroomregistrar.com
Fill out the Housing Request Form and send to Amanda Davis by 4/10/2009. Please include any special considerations.

For the competition:

Please bring sleeping bags, pillow and towel.
Contact your host with your arrival and departure schedule.
